Shipping Policies
Delivery time on most items is 10-14 business days. However, items that are out of stock may take 4-8 weeks to be delivered.
Return Policy
There may be a 25% re-stocking fee for all items returned for any reason. Exceptions included but are not limited to: defective product, damaged in sh ipment (see below). Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to the manufacturer.
- Special or custom orders may not be cancelled after reaching Processing stage. No returns or exchanges will be accepted either.
- All credits issued will be by check.
- Call us within 10 days of receiving your items if you wish to make a return. We will send return instructions along with an RMA number.
- If the product is defective or shipped wrong, we will replace the product.
Return shipments must be wrapped securely and be returned in the original packaging, and in the original condition. In addition to the restock fee, a $25.00 fee will be charged for products that are not returned in the original packaging. All products will be inspected before a credit can be issued. Any returns without an RMA will not be accepted. We are not responsible for products sent back without an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted if you have had the item more than 10 days. It may take 60 days or more to process credits.
